As the Member and Support Staff Coordinator you will provide essential administrative support to the Manager and wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Acting as a key contact for members and their staff, youll manage queries and offer back-up support, gaining broad exposure across Parliamentary Service and our stakeholders.

Provide high-quality administrative support to the Member and Support Staff team, Support the team to deliver exceptional services to members and their staff across all work streams. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports using key systems and Microsoft Office, and update team intranet pages. Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service by managing requests professionally and investigating issues to identify solutions.

Collaborate and communicate effectively within the team to foster a positive culture aligned with Parliamentary Service values. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of administrative processes and customer experience, demonstrating flexibility and creativity. If you're a proactive, organised go-getter with top-notch communication skills, this fast-paced role is for you! You'll be key in delivering exceptional service, managing priorities, and collaborating to drive continuous improvement.

The starting base salary for this role is $63,140 per annum (remuneration band extends beyond the appointing salary to account for tenure progression). Work independently, prioritise effectively, and stay calm under pressure to deliver high-quality results.

Use your proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems to support smooth operations. Communicate clearly and professionally, building trust through discretion, reliability, and sound decision-making. Bring excellent interpersonal skills and self-awareness to foster positive teamwork and collaboration.
